What the Word of God Says About TITHING

Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me. “But you ask, ‘How do we rob you?’ “In tithes…, you are under a curse-the whole nation of you-because you are robbing me. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this, “says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit,” says the Lord Almighty. “Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land.” says the Lord Almighty. What the Word of God Says About OFFERING:

“Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from each man whose heart prompts him to give.” Exodus 25:2 NIV

“This is what the Lord has commanded: From what you have, take an offering for the Lord. Everyone who is willing is to bring to the Lord an offering…” Exodus 35:4-5 NIV

“…and everyone who was willing and whose heart moved him came and brought an offering to the Lord for the work on the Tent of Meeting, for all it’s service…and the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning” Exodus 35:21 & 36:3 NIV

What the Word of God Says About SACRIFICIAL GIVING:

“Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” 2 Corinthians 9:6 NIV

Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.
